Motion Portraits or Cinemagraph

I’d love to introduce you to a cinemagraph. They are also call motion portraits.  Or “that moving thing you do”. Be sure to wave your hands other wise I won’t know what you are talking about. What ever you call them, they have a dreamy quality.  Kind of like a great silent dream.  Enjoy.
